This discussion will address plans for maintaining and enhancing member benefits and explore additional sources of revenue for the network.  We will also discuss the progress the transition working group has made so far.

The Village to Village Network will be undergoing a major transition this summer and fall, to prepare for a reorganization later this year.   The major MetLife grant and Capital Impact Partners funding that has helped us get this far in the last three years is ending, and we need to begin a new way forward.
Please join us in a discussion of the plan for operating the network in 2015 with enhanced member participation and focus.  We will review the plans that have been put forward by the Reorganization Task Force and approved by the Advisory Council and the Board of Managers.  The plans call for maintaining and enhancing services to support and sustain member villages while continuing our mission of encouraging the formation of new villages, and looking to future directions.  We will discuss the transition activities, solicit comments on the plans, and encourage participation in carrying out this transformation.

Let this transition be your opportunity to help make the Village to Village Network more effective in carrying out our mission and enhancing the village movement.
