Village Talk: Best Practices for Member Assessment and Onboarding - 12 PM PT / 1 PM MT / 2 PM CT / 3 PM ET
In this informal session, we’ll discuss how we respond to a “cold call” new member inquiry and ways in which we glean information to determine that person’s needs and whether we can help them. This discussion will include how we can best navigate the situation when we know the person’s needs may exceed what our village can provide. We’ll talk about how to have an enjoyable and effective visit with the new member and how to get them involved early so they feel included and valued.
