Reset! Thanks goodness! Our Villages are starting to again offer our full suite of services and summer is a coming in. So what do we have to do: we have to remind our long-term volunteers and train our new ones on those RMV features that we have left more or less unused for months. Also, we have to dust off the information about Releases 9 and 10 and decide how to use the new, and possibly still unused features, released since the lockdown.
So, our May 18th User Talk will be about Services and Volunteer features. This will be in three parts – a review of RMV’s service and volunteer highlights, examples and discussion of best practices, and lots of Q+A with exchange of ideas.
If you have topics that you would like us to address or question you’d like answered, let us know. As importantly, if you have any best practices or ideas you think are worth sharing, tell us about them. We are at RMVusers@vtvnetwork.org .
We expect those most interested in this session will be the people from your Village who manage service requests and those who manage volunteers as well as, of course, your technology volunteers. Please invite anyone from your Village who you think might be interested.
