RunMyVillage User Talk - 3 PM ET/ 2PM CT/ 1 PM MT/ 12PM PT
These monthly User Talks are designed to help Villages use RunMyVillage/ClubExpress more effectively. Each month has a different topic.
The August talk is for two groups who want to have an overview of RunMyVillage and get answers to questions about functionality and implementation:
- Villages new to RunMyVillage, those considering using RMV/CE in the future, and those Villages that are currently using only a few of the RMV features and are interested in learning more.
- New Staff and Volunteers in Villages already using RMV/CE who want a good overview of features and an opportunity to ask questions of experts.
The intended audience is your Village's technology community, those in the Village who are likely to be frequent users of multiple RMV/CE functions, and those who are making a decision whether to use RMV. Bob Rosenthal and others from the RunMyVillage staff will provide an overview of the functionality, but an additional value of these sessions is to allow the Villages to ask questions about all the application and the process of purchasing, implementing, running, and managing it.
Please invite anyone from your Village who you think will be interested in this overview of RMV/CE or has questions about the application.

We intend to have these “New Village” sessions once or twice each year.
The VtV/RMV Users group coordinates monthly talks designed to help Villages use RunMyVillage more effectively. Each month has a different topic. The intended audience always includes the technology community within your Village; in addition, others in the Village may be invited based on the planned topic. Each of the User Talks has time for Villages to ask RunMyVillage-related questions to RMV and to other Villages. Examples of what we plan for these talks: RMV new release updates and discussions, results of surveys of desired enhancements to RMV, discussion of best practices and common issues particularly where Villages use RMV in different ways, and orientations for new Villages.
