The November User Talk will be a review of all the new Service Module features that RunMyVillage has deployed over recent months and those that will be released soon.
As many of you know, Dan Ehrmann, ClubExpress’ long-time President and their liaison to our Villages, will be retiring later in November. We heard Dan review feature updates and answer questions at many previous User Talks; this will be our last chance to hear him, ask questions, and thank him.
Earlier in the year, the User Group coordinating committee assembled ideas for enhancements for the Service Module features. In our April User Talk, we reviewed the proposed enhancements with the Villages attendees. Soon afterward, we provided a list of Village priorities for enhancements to CE/RMV. RMV has used our list in developing this year’s enhancements.
Please invite anyone from your Village who you think might be interested in this topic. You can register on the calendar on the Village to Village Network website.

These monthly talks are designed to help Villages use RunMyVillage more effectively. Each month has a different topic. The intended audience always includes the technology community within your Village; in addition, others in the Village may be invited based on the planned topic. Each of the User Talks has time for Villages to ask RunMyVillage-related questions to RMV and to other Villages. Examples of what we plan for these talks: RMV new release updates and discussions, results of surveys of desired enhancements to RMV, discussion of best practices and common issues particularly where Villages use RMV is different ways, and orientations for new Villages.
