Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations will be accepted up to 15 days of the start of the event. Due to costs already incurred based on your registration, cancellations will NOT be accepted and refunds will NOT be given if your cancellation request is made less than 15 days prior to the event start date.

Please notify event contact person for VtV Network if you need to cancel your registration prior to the cancellation deadline. VtV Network will refund the registration fee less a $75 cancellation administration fee.

Benefits of 2016 National Village Gathering Sponsorship

Sponsorship offers the opportunity to reach Villages nationwide in various stages of development.  Don't miss out on new relationships and partnerships with community innovators creating collective impact to help expand Villages as an aging in Community Model.

Sponsors will be recognized in the following manner:
  • Company's name listed on the sponsorship and exhibitor's page in the program
  • Sponsors are entitled to advertisement in final program/conference materials
  • Sponsors and exhibitors will be listed on the Village to Village Network website pre and post the 2016 NVG
  • Sponsors and exhibitors will be acknowledged on social media before, during and after the conference
  • Exhibit space during the conference
  • Opportunity to provide materials in the official conference bag and promote your business to over 350+ participants
Each Sponsor will receive:
  • One free registration per sponsorship (Platinum and Gold receives 2)*
  • Optional Exhibit Space**

You may complete your registration to be a sponsor and/or exhibitor through this online portal or submit the paper application at the end of the sponsorship prospectus!  You may register your registrant(s) and submit your payment by clicking the "Click to Register" button above.
 
*You can register additional registrants for $400 each.  Each registrant receives two meals per day, access to our evening reception and all conference sessions.  Please register additional registrants under the additional registrant category.
 
**Please mark on your registration if you would like an exhibit booth.

National Village Gathering Exhibitor Opportunities
  • Exhibiting opportunities are available to sponsors with no additional charge
  • If you would like to be an Exhibitor only, these opportunities are also available
  • Exhibit booths are available for $950 - This fee entitles you to one draped 6' table and chair, one full conference registration and acknowledgement in the conference brochure.
  • Exhibitors will be able to promote their business to 350+ conference attendees from 8:00-5:00 on October 17 and 18.

A room block has been reserved and rooms are available at a rate of $159 per night.  This rate will be available until September 23, 2016 OR until the block has been filled.  Information on Hotel reservations will be available soon.
