Benefits of 2017 National Village Gathering Sponsorship
Sponsorship offers the opportunity to reach Villages nationwide in various stages of development. Don't miss out on new relationships and partnerships with community innovators creating collective impact to help expand Villages as an aging in Community Model. This year, we've included annual benefits for our top levels of sponsorship. Your sponsorship will provide opportunities for acknowledgment and connection to Villages outside of the conference throughout the entire year from when your sponsorship is made.
Once you have decided to sponsor Village to Village Network and the National Village Gathering, you may complete your registration through this online portal or submit the paper application at the end of the sponsorship prospectus! You may register your registrant(s) and submit your payment by clicking the "Click to Register" button above.
*Each sponsorship level comes with a certain amount of free registrations. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to register your additional attendees. If you need more registrations that those included, you can register additional registrants for $500 each. Each registrant receives two meals per day, access to our evening reception and all conference sessions. Please register paid additional registrants under the additional registrant category.
** Exhibit booths for sponsors are also included for no additional charge. Please mark on your registration if you would like an exhibit booth.
National Village Gathering Exhibitor Opportunities
- Exhibiting opportunities are available to sponsors with no additional charge
- If you would like to be an Exhibitor only, these opportunities are also available
- Exhibit booths are available for $1,000 - This fee entitles you to one draped 6' table and chair, one full conference registration and acknowledgement in the conference brochure.
- Exhibitors will be able to promote their business to 350+ conference attendees from 8:00-5:00 on November 6 and 7.

A room block has been reserved and rooms are available at a rate of $199 per night. This rate will be available until October 9, 2017 OR until the block has been filled. Information on Hotel reservations can be found here.
